Ruth has a passion for connecting with people looking for a place to call home.  As a small town girl she understands the need to find the right place to call home and integrate with a community that fits the buyers needs.  

Ruth studied abroad on the topic of sustainable community development and volunteers her time to housing related causes.  

Serving locally in the Kearsarge area she serves on the Warner Housing Committee.  This committee keeps the town abreast of the state laws and gathers community input for sound and resilient growth.

Ruth is a two year term board member at the Kawasiwajo Community Land Trust (KCLT) which holds land and housing for equitable community benefit.  

As a part time farmer and professional landscape designer she has a deep knowledge of land use and a skilled eye to see the potential in a building homesite.
